Multitenant / SaaS-Enabled

MCP is a Multitenant application and has been designed for the "cloud computing era".

MCP is a multi-account multi-workspace multitenant platform, designed to be installed on cloud computing server infrastructure, where multiple users ("tenants") share the same hardware resources.

Multitenancy refers to a principle in software architecture where a single instance of the software runs on a server, serving multiple client organizations (tenants). Multitenancy is contrasted with a multi-instance architecture where separate software instances (or hardware systems) are set up for different client organizations. With a multitenant architecture, a software application is designed to virtually partition its data and configuration so that each client organization works with a customized virtual application instance. This means that a single instance of the application shall provide service to all customers at once, each one from their own Account/Workspace and with their own Display rollouts and configuration.

All working from the same hardware infrastructure, at the same time.

The data and customer information at the logical level, are separated in Accounts and workspaces, allowing easy operation under SaaS model.
