In the online version you will find at right an index column that will allow you to move between different chapters.
If you prefer to read it in a HTML page, you can do it by choosing the Printer-Friendly Version option. At the bottom part of every page you will find a "Printer-Friendly Version" link that will show you the corresponding section of the MCP user manual in HTML. You can also download it in a full PDF version.
