Grouping and publication of media based on metadata

The arrangement of elements in MCP is based on metadata.

All assets (Media, Baskets, Players, etc..) may have associated Metadata for easy management and grouping.

Once the assets have been properly documented, you can create groups automatically based on user defined rules. Some examples of these groups are:

  • Smart Folders: group the assets into folders automatically.
  • Smart Trees: automatically organize the assets in hierarchical trees.
  • Smart Baskets: group assets automatically for publication in the appropriate time and place without user intervention.

Simply catalog the assets with Metadata, create the necessary rules and MCP will do the rest.
