MCP Player is (now) able to Play:

To ensure the correct Playback of the Video Media, (the most critical media type due to the quantity of existing CODECs MCP Player package includes FFMPEG video codec.

FFMPEG ensures that the player will be able to play videos from virtually any format and on virtually any container (extension).
